Payment Terms

Last updated: October 16, 2026

1. What the user pays for

The user pays for access to Locate SaaS features on locate.ge. A Locate subscription payment is not payment for services provided by a particular professional, salon, studio, clinic, or company listed on the platform.

Freemius is used exclusively for Locate SaaS subscriptions. Payments for bookings, professional services, client memberships, advances, deposits, and transaction commissions are not processed through Freemius. Locate does not charge a commission on bookings or services provided.

A Locate subscription is not credit, a deposit, an investment service, gambling, a financial product, or a means of storing funds.

2. Currency and amount

Paid Locate SaaS plans are billed in USD regardless of the currency used in the service directory. The subscription price and billing period appear on the pricing page. The final amount, including applicable taxes, is displayed in the Freemius checkout before payment is confirmed.

If your bank account uses another currency, your bank or payment network may apply its own exchange rate and conversion fee. This is not a Locate commission for a booking or service.

3. Payment processing

Freemius acts as the Merchant of Record for Locate SaaS subscriptions and processes subscription payments through its secure checkout. Locate does not store the full card number or CVV/CVC. Card details are entered and processed by the payment provider.

4. Payment confirmation

Access to a paid plan is activated after Locate receives successful-payment confirmation from the payment provider. If a payment is declined, paid access is not activated and the user may retry the payment or update the payment method where available.

The payment purpose and plan description are shown on the invoice. The name displayed on a bank statement depends on the payment provider's settings and the seller's merchant descriptor.

5. Payment errors

If a payment fails, try another available payment method, update the payment method for the existing subscription, or contact support. Locate may ask for the payment date, amount, account email address, and transaction ID where available.

6. Refunds

Refund rules are described in the Refund Policy. Send payment questions to support@locate.ge.

7. Automatic renewal and cancellation

If automatic renewal is enabled for the selected plan, the next payment is charged on the renewal date shown in billing. You may disable automatic renewal through the account billing section or by contacting support before the next renewal date. After cancellation, paid access remains available until the end of the period already paid for.

If a renewal payment fails, the rules described in the Subscription Terms apply, including any available payment grace period.

8. Direct company payments and CRM records

Clients and providers settle payments for services directly. A company may connect its own acquiring provider, such as Monobank for eligible payments in Ukraine. Funds then go directly to the company through its provider. This flow does not use Freemius, and Locate does not receive, hold, or control those client funds.

Cash registers, client balances, transfers, refunds, and reversals recorded in the CRM are the company's internal accounting records. Recording an operation does not itself transfer or refund real funds. The company completes an actual refund separately, either directly or through its payment provider. A CRM balance is not a Locate wallet.
